Price and cancellation policy

If the company cancel a tour due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will offer to you an alternative tour date, otherwise we will refund. The company is not responsible for the presence or absence of animals and the encounters cannot be guaranteed. No refund is provided if the animals are not found.

Please let us know as soon as possible of any changes/cancellations, so that we can re-organize and avoid any deductions. 

Deduction for whale watching trips

Cancellation more than 5 days before the excursion : ticket fully refunded

Cancellation > D-3: 50% deduction from ticket (> D-10 for groups of 6 or more)

Cancellation < D-3: 100% deduction from ticket (< D-7 for groups of 6 or more)

Deduction for other activities
H-48h: 50% deduction
H-24h: 100% deduction

No refunds will be made for services booked but not used, or for no-shows (scheduled departure 15′ after meeting time).
