Cancellation policy

 (If the company cancel a tour due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will offer to you an alternative tour date, otherwise we will refund. The company is not responsible for the presence or absence of animals and the encounters cannot be guaranteed. No refund is provided if the animals are not found.

Please let us know as soon as possible of any changes/cancellations, so that we can re-organize and avoid any deductions. 

Deduction for whale watching

Cancellation D>5 days before the excursion : ticket refunded (minus 3% bank taxes)

Cancellation > D-3 (72h) : 50% deduction from ticket (> D-10 for groups of 6 or more, or obviously private boat)

Cancellation < D-3 (72h) : 100% deduction from ticket (< D-7 for groups of 6 or more or obviously private boat)

Modification for whale watching 

For any changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and at least 72 hours before departure

 (10 days for groups of 6 or more and for private boats) so that we can try to:
1. Put your seats back on sale. 2. Find a seat on another slot

Deduction for other activities

H-48h: 50% deduction (minus 3% bank taxes)

H-24h: 100% deduction (minus 3% bank taxes)

No refunds will be made for services booked but not used, or for no-shows (scheduled departure 15′ after meeting time).
